RPL was my only option, in the current system, as I didn’t have a level 8 undergrad.

I had been giving corporate talks on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion for many years (as Ireland's first openly Gay TV presenter and also advocate for older people for my TV documentary work).

I wanted to put a formal structure to my learning around EDI and came across a Masters degree which seemed perfect for my desired outcomes, and would improve my knowledge & standing in EDI.

It’s been amazing. The RPL process, while rigorous, prepares one for the style and expectation of the learning experience ahead. Do it! To put a value on your lived experience is a gift.
