The RPL Practitioners Network Ireland will mark a significant milestone this November, ten years of practitioner leadership in Recognition of Prior Learning. This anniversary event, 'Building a Culture of Recognition in Ireland', brings practitioners, policy makers, employers, and educators together to reflect on a decade of progress and to shape what comes next.

Across higher, further and community education, and in workplaces nationwide, RPL enables people to have their knowledge, skills and experiences recognised, wherever and however they were gained. This gathering will showcase Irish practice, highlight international perspectives, and share practical tools you can put to work immediately.

The RPL Practitioners Network Ireland is led by practitioners working in, and interested in, Recognition of Prior Learning. The Network aims to:

• Provide a coherent practitioner voice to shape and inform policy development.
• Support a community of practice, creating opportunities to share learning—face to face, online, and through practical sharing of toolkits and resources.

• Promote good practice, informed by national and international practitioner and policy perspectives.
