Over the past few months, it’s been encouraging to see Recognition of Prior Learning receiving the kind of national media attention it deserves. This type of visibility is critical to getting the message out, raising public awareness and helping us reach those who could benefit most from RPL. Those who have gained their skills and knowledge outside of conventional classroom settings, and whose learning deserves to be acknowledged and supported.

These stories put real people front and centre and help to prove that life experience has value, and learning happens everywhere.
